There is no algorithm for humanity - so the best way to explore and practice inherently human skills is with other humans - where meaningful empathy can be surfaced, and real world and relevant scenarios can be explored together.

A shared accountability within cohorts encourages consistent engagement and mutual support. We use collaborative homework as a tool to bring cohort members together outside of the session.

We strike the right balance between content led learning with group coaching - depending on the outcomes and audience. We’re able to build programmes that incorporate elements of both to keep it fresh and impactful.

Every session is facilitated by a certified coach who has been there and done it. They know what they’re teaching and the outcomes you’re looking for with significant depth and intimacy - and therefore will build trust and drive change with aplomb.

Our cohort based sessions are the foundations - but our digital learning platform is there for when our coaches can’t. With self guided learning resources and digital nudges (and a heap more to come in 2025), we’re there to support application in the day to day.
